Easy Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt in original packaging.  However items which have been used or assembled cannot be returned.  The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.  Your statutory rights are not affected. We have a no quibble guarantee on damaged goods.  Damaged goods should be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

If you wish to return items please call us on 0845 2570559 and we will arrange to collect them.  On receipt of items in original condition and packaging a full refund will be made.
